Clayton Fold Christmas Tree Farm

Planting, growing and supplying Christmas trees from our farm in the Peak District since 1994

Open until Friday 20th December, 8.30am until 6pm, and Saturday 21st and Sunday 22nd December, 10am-4pm. Last entry to the field for Choose and Cut 3pm. Pre-cut trees available until closing. Booking is required Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Booking is not required Monday to Thursday.

Booking your visit

A booking is limited to one household (one or more trees). Please aim to arrive on time and limit your visit to one hour.

Access to the field is restricted as daylight fades. Last booking for Choose and Cut is 3pm and Reserve Early 3.30pm.

Please bring suitable footwear to walk in a muddy field and appropriate clothing.

Sorry dogs are not allowed on the farm.

Pre-cut Trees

Choose from our well-stocked display of freshly cut Christmas trees in the barn.

Booking required Fridays Saturdays and Sundays

Choose and Cut

Walk to the field and select a tree growing in the plantation*. The tree will be cut, transported and netted for you to take home. A £3 charge will be added to the value of your tree for the choose and cut service.

*Only available during day light hours, 08.30 – 15.00 hrs. We reserve the right to refuse entry to the field if suitable footwear (walking/wellington boots) is not worn.
Booking required Fridays Saturdays and Sundays

Reserve Early

Customers can reserve a tree growing in the field* and arrange to collect the tree closer to Christmas. Customers then collect their tree on an agreed date and the tree will be cut and netted prior to collection. A £5 charge will be added to the value of your tree for the label and reserve early service.

*Only available during day light hours, 08.30 – 15.00 hrs. We reserve the right to refuse entry to the field if suitable footwear (walking/wellington boots) is not worn.

In addition to our usual opening we will be open weekends Sat 11th and Sun 12th November, and Sat 18th and Sun 19th November for reserve early.

Pot Grown Trees

Up to 5ft

We supply Nordman Fir and Norway Spruce pot grown trees, grown in a container within the ground.

Large Trees

12ft (4m) and above

We grow trees up to 20ft or higher. If you require a tree larger than 15ft please contact us to check stock. There may be a delay whilst we cut and transport taller trees at busy times.
